Processing Time
We ship from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay we will contact you via email or phone number.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International Shipping (Optional – remove if not applicable)
We may offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll be happy to assist you.
